1. The service
Sadu (sadu.cloud) is an API gateway that routes AI model requests to third-party and self-hosted model providers, with per-key data-residency controls, metering, and billing. The service is provided by Sadu ("we") to the account holder ("you").
2. Accounts and keys
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret; rotate any key you believe is exposed. We may suspend keys or accounts that threaten the integrity or security of the service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate applicable law, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to breach or overload the service, or in breach of the usage policies of the underlying model providers your requests are routed to.
4. Credits and billing
The service is prepaid. Usage is metered per request at the published per-model prices plus the published markup, in exact micro-USD; charges are collected in SAR (VAT-inclusive) and each payment receives a tax invoice. Credits are non-transferable. Unused credits are refundable on written request within 30 days of purchase, less payment-processor fees.
5. Residency commitments
Keys pinned to ksa residency are routed exclusively to providers designated as in-Kingdom; requests without a sovereign route fail closed. This behavior is a documented technical control (see the trust center), not a legal representation about any third-party provider you elect to route to with a global key.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to prompts and outputs. We store request metadata for metering and audit. Orchestration traces used to improve the Sadu routing policy respect the per-key training opt-out, enforced at the point of storage.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" without uptime warranty at this stage; we publish operational status and may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for model outputs; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach with notice. Sections that by nature survive termination survive it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes go to the competent courts of Riyadh.
